Ousmane Dembélé (28) is the highest-paid player in Ligue 1, according to a ranking compiled by L’Équipe. The 2025 Ballon d’Or winner is reported to earn €1.5 million gross per month.

His Paris Saint-Germain teammates Marquinhos (31), Achraf Hakimi (27) and Lucas Hernandez (30) complete the top three, with the Brazilian’s gross monthly salary estimated at €1.12 million and those of his Rouge et Bleu defensive teammates at €1.1 million respectively.

A ranking which is, in fact, largely dominated by the club from the French capital, which feature 16 of their players in the top 30 highest earners in the league. Olympique de Marseille’s Pierre-Emile Højbjerg (30), whose earnings are estimated at €500,000 and who ranks 13th, is thus the first non-Parisian to appear on the list.

With eight players ranked, OM are the second-most represented club, ahead of AS Monaco (2), Stade Rennais (2), Olympique Lyonnais (1) and OGC Nice (1).
