Palmeiras in advanced talks to sell Riquelme Fillipi to Messi’s Inter Miami | OneFootball

Palmeiras are close to completing another sale, with advanced talks under way with Inter Miami, Lionel Messi’s club, over 19-year-old striker Riquelme Fillipi. According to Nosso Palestra, the clubs have begun exchanging documents.

Palmeiras are negotiating to sell 60% of the academy graduate’s rights for about US$ 5.5 million, around R$ 29 million at current rates.

The forward is expected to travel to the United States in the coming days for a medical and to sign a contract lasting four seasons.

Fillipi joined Palmeiras from Ibrachina in 2021 for the under-15s, won multiple youth honours, and made his senior debut in 2025.

He has 11 first-team appearances. With the sales of goalkeeper Kaique and midfielder Allan already concluded, Palmeiras are close to their R$ 399 million player-sales target for the season.
