Monaco forward Paris Brunner will be available for Friday's Ligue 1 visit of RC Lens, with his disciplinary hearing not until 23 September.
As reported by Nice-Matin, the 20-year-old risks a suspension after equalising in the 1-1 draw at Strasbourg on 12 September, then gesturing towards the home end by drawing a hand across his throat.
The referee did not intervene at the time, and the National Ethics Council has referred the case to the LFP disciplinary commission.
The commission will meet after the Lens match and during the international break. A decision will be taken after the break and will apply from Tuesday 29 September.
After the break, Monaco host Toulouse on 10 October, visit Lorient on 18 October and welcome Lille on 25 October.
Depending on how the incident is classified, Brunner could face a ban of between one and four matches. He has scored five goals already this season.
