Paul Pogba waiting for another offer before choosing future club amid AS Monaco talks | OneFootball

Paul Pogba (32) has been in discussions with AS Monaco over a move for around a fortnight. However, the Frenchman is yet to put pen to paper. L’Équipe explain why.

Pogba is yet to play since the end of his doping ban, which was cut from four years down to 18 months. It meant that he could return to training in January and could play once again from March. However, he has yet to find a new club.

Olympique de Marseille were heavily linked with the former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder, however, it is Monaco, who will next season play in the UEFA Champions League, who have shown the greatest interest. Whilst L’Équipe understands that Pogba is still in talks with the Principality club, an agreement has yet to be found.

The publication adds that the France international may be waiting for an offer from Saudi Arabia before making his final choice on his next destination.
