According to Coluna Do Fla, Flamengo have two players on Brazil’s preliminary list for the next friendlies, with Pedro and Samuel Lino included, while Lucas Paquetá and Léo Pereira are absent. The official call-up is due on Wednesday 9 September.

The squad then travel to India for a 3 October meeting with the hosts at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata, the first senior fixture between the nations.
