Crystal Palace defender March Guehi emerges as a top priority target for Bayern Munich in the 2026 summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old was close to joining Liverpool in the summer transfer window, but the Eagles pulled the plug on the deal as they failed to sign a proper replacement.
Guehi has a contract at Selhurst Park until the end of the season, and he has made it clear internally that he will not sign a new deal at the club.

Despite missing out on Guehi in the summer window, Liverpool still retain an interest in him.
The ACL injury to Giovanni Leoni and the lack of games from injury-prone Joe Gomez could force the Reds to make a move for Guehi in January on a cut-price deal.
However, there are also suggestions that Guehi may opt to stay at Palace for the rest of the season, considering that the World Cup is near, and could make the right move next summer.
Real Madrid are also interested in him, but so are Bayern. The Bundesliga champions could look to replace Kim Min-jae next summer, and Guehi would be a massive upgrade.
On top of that, Bayern are also facing a similar situation with Dayot Upamecano, who has not signed a new deal at the club and could leave for free next summer.
Christian Falk told CFBayern that Guehi is a top priority for the club next summer.
Falk said: “Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi is the number one defensive target for Bayern Munich.
“He was, in the summer, already the number one target for Bayern, but at this point, Max Eberl, head of sport, wasn’t allowed to buy players – just make loan deals. So, it wasn’t the right opportunity to make a deal.
“However, in the summer, the Premier League defender will be a free agent, like Upamecano! So, if FC Bayern happen to lose the France international, they can go and get another free agent.”
As it stands, Bayern have a great chance of signing Guehi next summer when he becomes a free agent, but they take Liverpool seriously as well.
Arne Slot could be left with Virgil van Dijk and Gomez as major options if Ibrahima Konate, who is also set to become a free agent next summer, picks up an injury.
Liverpool’s title challenge could take a serious hit if they fail to land a top-quality centre-back in January, and a move for Guehi cannot be ruled out.
