Hundreds of OL Lyonnes supporters enjoyed themselves on Place des Terreaux, despite a disappointing Champions League final defeat.
As reported by Le Progres, the City of Lyon set up a giant screen on the square, creating the first fan zone dedicated to OL Lyonnes for those unable to travel.

It was a first for an OL Lyonnes match, arranged for their 12th European final, contested by the players of Jonatan Giráldez.
The mood stayed upbeat and the crowd treated it as a celebration in spite of the result.
The initiative allowed supporters who could not make the trip to watch together in the city centre.
