Flamengo are in line for more than R$ 6m in FIFA payments for World Cup call-ups, according to Coluna Do Fla. The club have nine players at the tournament.

Based on accrued days, the sums are: Brazil, 32 days at R$ 100,000 for four players, R$ 3.2m. Uruguay, 29 days at R$ 75,000 for three, R$ 2.175m. Ecuador, 28 days at R$ 25,000 for one, R$ 700,000, and Colombia, 35 days at R$ 25,000 for one, R$ 875,000, for a total of R$ 6.95m. Figures reflect each nation’s group-stage end date, when only Brazil had a confirmed next-round fixture.
