Morocco will play Croatia later today in the third place play-off of the World Cup.
The North African side failed to progress to the final of the competition on Wednesday after losing to France 2-0 in the semi-final.
Walid Regragui is expected to include three players from La Liga in his starting lineup. Sevilla goalkeeper Bono will most likely start between the sticks, while Valladolid defender Jawad El Yamiq will probably partner with Achraf Dari in the centre of Morocco’s defensive line.
Youssef En-Nesyri, Bono’s teammate at Los Nervionenses, is predicted to play as Morocco’s centre-forward and is expected to be flanked by Haim Ziyech and Soufiane Boufal on the wings.
AS predict that Regragui will field the following starting XI against Croatia: Bono – Achraf Hakimi, Jawad El Yamiq, Achraf Dari, Yahia Attiyat Allah – Selim Amallah, Sofyan Amrabat, Azzedine Ounahi – Hakim Ziyech, Youssef En-Nesyri, Soufiane Boufal.
