Manchester United and Everton clash this Monday at the Old Trafford for round 12 of the Premier League. The match will be broadcast live at 20:00 on Sky Sports Main Event.

Manchester United currently have 18 points and lie in 7th position. In their last fixture, Ruben Amorim's team shared the spoils 2-2 with Tottenham (Premier League 2025/26).

Everton have 15 points to their name this season and occupy 13th position in the table. Last time out, David Moyes's team triumphed 2-0 against Fulham (Premier League 2025/26).

The last meeting between the two teams ended in a 2-2 draw.

The Fan Zone

Richard Cole (Playmakerstats): After three wins in a row United drew their last two games 2-2 but the manner of Matthijs de Ligt's late equaliser against Tottenham Hotspur has kept the good feeling going over the international break.

Benjamin Šeško's injury is far from ideal with Matheus Cunha likely to play a central role supported by Mason Mount and Bryan Mbeumo, the latter of which will be relied on for more goals.

Everton won't be easy but at Old Trafford on a Monday night United should be getting the job done in what is a relatively generous run of fixtures over the busy period. With all the teams bunched up behind Arsenal, a few good wins would see United right at the top going into the new year.

Prediction: 2-1

Nick (EBA) (Everton Blue Army): Before the international break, Everton had lost a lot of the consistency that was so prevalent under Moyes to that point. However, positive notes to be taken from the victory vs Fulham, seeing Everton score 5 goals, albeit 3 were ruled out, good signs for sure.

This week sees a trip to Old Trafford, a game I'd have felt alot more positive about if it wasnt for United seemingly finding their rhythm in recent game weeks.

Everton however will see it as an opportunity to take something from Old Trafford as United much like Everton are struggling to find proper consistency.

Prediction: 1-1
