Reigning European champions, PSG now knows its opponent for the Intercontinental Cup final.

On Saturday night, PSG got its answer. Flamengo will be their opponent in the Intercontinental Cup final next Wednesday. The Brazilian club is already on Luis Enrique's radar as a serious threat.

"We know all about their strengths, since we watched them play this summer at the Club World Cup. It will be a very tough match, they play fantastic football and have plenty of experience. The last time I was involved in this fixture, there were a lot of differences. This time, it's going to be different—we're up against one of the best teams in the world. It will be tough, but that's motivating, because it's a huge opportunity for PSG," said the coach after the 3-2 win in Metz.
