PSG unlikely to formalise their interest in Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain have shown no indication that they will formalise their interest in signing Morgan Rogers (23) from Aston Villa, according to a report from The Athletic. The England international attacking midfielder is attracting interest from several major clubs in Europe, including many in the Premier League. 

Rogers is currently on international duty with England at the FIFA World Cup. Whilst any positive performance during the competition will heighten interest in his services, the list is already long. Arsenal have identified the Manchester City academy graduate as their primary transfer target. 

PSG pursuing other targets rather than Rogers

Whilst they hold an interest in the 23-year-old, Les Parisiens are currently focusing on other targets to bolster their attacking options. PSG are currently working on deals to sign Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig, and Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco.
