PSG’s Bradley Barcola fit to face Liverpool | OneFootball

After having missed the first leg due to an ankle injury sustained against Chelsea in March, Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola (23) is expected to be fit to face Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday, according to a report from L’Équipe.

Barcola sustained the injury to his right ankle during the win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 17th March. It meant that he missed out on a call-up for the France squad for the most recent international break.

He was touch-and-go to face Liverpool at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday. Ultimately, he did not make that game, but PSG got the job done without him. They head to Anfield on Tuesday with a two-goal advantage, and Luis Enrique has now received another boost.

It is thought that Barcola will make the trip to Merseyside. His presence is judged to be “very probable”, according to L’Équipe, even if he is not expected to start the UEFA Champions League encounter.
