Simon Jordan has issued a scathing verdict on Manchester United’s wantaway Alejandro Garnacho, who’s expected to leave the club before the end of the transfer window.
Indeed, the 21-year-old has been entirely exiled from the first-team and Ruben Amorim’s plans, along with fellow outcasts Antony, Tyrell Malacia and Jadon Sancho.
Garnacho tarnished his relationship with the boss in the aftermath of United’s Europa League final defeat. When addressing the press post-match, he labelled the side’s season as ‘sh*t’, questioned Amorim’s decision to bench him for the tie and hinted at a summer move away from Old Trafford.
It was subsequently claimed that, in the following training session, Amorim had told Garnacho to ‘pray’ he could find another club to sign him, before dropping him from the squad entirely for the Premier League’s final day.

The Argentine has since been awaiting his desired transfer, with Chelsea deemed his first-choice over a host of other suitors both in England and across Europe.
In fact, Fabrizio Romano reported in recent days that Garnacho had told the Red Devils board: “[It’s] Chelsea or I stay here and don’t play football for 6-12 months.”
Fans were left stunned by the academy graduate’s brazen admission – as was Jordan, who said on talkSPORT: “I think he’s a little runt that should be dropped-kicked out of Manchester United at the first available opportunity for a decent amount of money because he doesn’t understand which football club he’s playing for.”
Nonetheless, Garnacho is now poised to pull the curtains on his United tenure after five years – when he signed from Atletico Madrid’s youth ranks for a fee of £420,000.
He has since racked up 144 first-team appearances, scoring 26 goals and registering 22 assists. Contracted to the team until 2028, the winger earns a reported £50,000 per week.
