The Czech keeper has continued to add to his growing reputation with numerous impressive performances and saves for Bristol City.
The Robins sit 4th in the Championship after a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town last night.
Vitek made two saves in the match, with both coming from inside the box.
He helped clear his lines with one high claim in the penalty area and also ran out to the ball once.
The Czech keeper’s goal was breached once as he failed to stop a penalty from Ipswich’s Jack Clarke.
Vitek also won his only ground duel in the match but his kicking was wayward, only connecting with three of his 15 long ball attempts.
Nonetheless, it was another impressive, solid display by the keeper who will next be in action when Bristol City host Queen’s Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon.
The 18-year-old is another United academy player who has impressed in the Championship so far this season.
Amass played 90 minutes in Sheffield Wednesday’s 2-2 draw with Birmingham City.
He completed 65% of his passing attempts and had 45 touches of the ball.
The young full back completed one out of his three crossing attempts and two of his five long balls.
The defender was also competitive in duels, winning three out of his eight ground battles and two of his four aerial contests.
He also got through some good defensive work, making three clearances and two interceptions.
Amass is likely next to be in action when his Sheffield Wednesday side host Coventry City this Saturday lunchtime.
