Rafael Obrador could leave Benfica in the January window, with Torino exploring a move. According to Glorioso 1904, a proposal could arrive in the coming days.
The Turin club’s interest has been flagged, although the structure of any deal is yet to be defined.
Obrador joined last summer from Real Madrid for around five million euros, but first-team minutes have been limited.
He has a contract to 2030 and a 50 million euros release clause, yet he is viewed as third choice at left back, behind Samuel Dahl and Sidny Cabral.
Benfica see any exit within the frame of squad management and player development. With competition at left back and other youngsters emerging, a loan or even a sale could aid his progress.
This season he has made three competitive outings, one in Liga Portugal Betclic and two in Liga Portugal Meu Super, totalling 237 minutes and one assist. He is currently valued at two million euros.
