Rafael Rodrigo Klein, 36, a FIFA-PRO official, will referee Santos v Athletico-PR at Vila Belmiro this Sunday at 18:30, in round 22 of the Brasileirão. According to Diario Do Peixe, fellow Rio Grande do Sul officials Rafael da Silva Alves and Tiago Augusto Kappes Diel will run the lines, with Diego Pombo Lopez in charge of VAR.

Lucas Guimaraes Rechatiko Horn is the fourth official and Erich Bartolomeu Antas E Silva Bandeira the assessor. The VAR team comprises AVARs Frederico Soares Vilarinho and Elizabete Esmeralda Cordeiro dos Santos Gomes, with Hilton Moutinho Rodrigues as VAR observer and Alcides Zawaski Pazetto as quality manager.

The previous year, he handled two Santos fixtures in the second division, both 1-0 wins, against Ceará at Vila Belmiro and Brusque at Arena Joinville.

In 2023 he officiated three Santos league matches, a 2-1 victory over Flamengo at Mané Garrincha and losses to Atlético-MG 2-0 at Arena MRV and Athletico-PR 3-0 at Ligga Arena, and he was fourth official for a 3-0 defeat to Fluminense at Vila Belmiro.
