Rangers have received multiple complaints from supporters and staff over problems inside and outside the stadium following their Europa League game at Porto.

The club said in a statement that those who travelled should not have had to face such issues, adding that it shares the concern, anger and frustration of those affected. It said it would gather complaints and feedback, then take the matter up with the relevant bodies.

The reported issues related to delays at entry and to how long fans remained in the stands after the final whistle.

Rangers were beaten 3-1 by Porto in the competition’s eighth round at the Dragão.

Complaints and comments will now be collected before the matter is pursued with the appropriate authorities.
