Raphinha has sustained a muscle injury to the back of his right thigh, the CBF said on Saturday. He will miss the match against Scotland.
Brazil beat Haiti 3-0 on Friday night, but the winger departed in the 40th minute holding his leg and was replaced by Rayan.

Medical tests on Saturday confirmed a muscle lesion in the affected area.
The Barça attacker has had issues in the same region this season with his club. He will now follow an intensive treatment programme overseen by Brazil's medical staff to speed his recovery and return to training as soon as possible.
The fixture is scheduled for midnight on Wednesday.
