Rayan, a 20-year-old Brazilian winger, says he featured at the 2026 World Cup and keeps a close eye on Portuguese football.
"Portuguese league? I follow it a lot. A year ago I received an offer from FC Porto and from Benfica, which I know better. Sporting as well," he told DAZN.
Revealed by Vasco da Gama, he left the club in January in a €35 million deal to join Bournemouth. He then scored five goals in 15 appearances last season in the Premier League.
Rayan also called Cristiano Ronaldo his idol, saying, "He is number one."
He is now a prominent figure for Bournemouth in the Premier League.
