South African U-20 national team head coach Raymond Mdaka has named his final squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
The global showpiece will take place in Chile and is set to commence on September 27 and conclude on October 19, 2025.
Amajita booked their spot by virtue of reaching the CAF U-20 AFCON semi-finals in Morocco, where they went on to clinch their maiden continental title.
The African champions have been pitted in Group E alongside France, USA, and the New Caledonia, who will be making their debut in the tournament.
Mdaka’s charges will play their group stage games at Estadio El Teniente. Amajita will kickstart their campaign with a clash against France on 29 September.
South Africa will then tackle New Caledonia in their second match on 03 October, before their penultimate match against USA on 05 October.
