According to WAZ, RB Leipzig have joined Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen in pursuing VfL Bochum’s Cajetan Lenz.

The 19-year-old German U20 international has long been linked with a move amid increasing Bundesliga interest.

Eintracht are reportedly keen to push a deal through as quickly as possible.

Lenz is under contract with Bochum until 2029 and does not have a release clause. Reports indicate the 2. Bundesliga side would consider a fee of around €15 million.

A defensive midfielder, he has made 27 appearances this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
