RB Leipzig will travel to South Africa after the 2025/26 Bundesliga season for a post-season tour featuring a friendly against Mamelodi Sundowns. The club said in a statement that the squad will be based in Johannesburg from 26 to 30 May 2026.
As part of the trip, Leipzig will face South African champions Mamelodi Sundowns on 29 May in Pretoria, with kick-off at 20:00 local time at Lucas Moripe Stadium.

The tour is titled “RE KAOFELA”, meaning “All Together” in English.
It will be the club’s third major international tour, following trips to the United States in 2024 and Brazil in 2025.
The plans were announced on Monday afternoon.
