RC Lens rekindles interest in Jonas Adjetey

RC Lens is looking to take advantage of the winter transfer window to bolster its defense. According to Kicker, the Artois club has revived a target already considered last summer: Jonas Adjetey, the 22-year-old Ghanaian defender.

Currently under contract with FC Basel until 2027, Adjetey has established himself as a solid and promising player, capable of becoming a defensive pillar for Lens. The Lens scouting department is convinced that his profile perfectly fits the team’s needs for the second half of the season.

To pull off this transfer, Lens will have to move quickly in negotiations with the Swiss club and present an attractive offer before rival teams get involved.
