Real Madrid won the first El Clasico meeting of the season as they saw off Barcelona by a 2-1 scoreline at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Had a couple of easy saves to make, and could do little about Barcelona’s goal.
Not as effective as he has been at right-back, taken off earlier than expected after suffering a blow in the second half.
Dealt with Ferran Torres well, also provided the assist for Real Madrid’s second goal.
Looked like a player that was caught cold, as expected having not played in a few weeks due to injury.
Did very well up against Lamine Yamal, who was not allowed to be as dangerous as he can be.

Solid at the base of Real Madrid’s midfield.
All-action performance from Camavinga, who keeps getting better and better as he gets up to speed after a long injury absence.
His worst performance of the season, which speaks to how well he has done. His indecisiveness allowed Pedri to steal the ball off him for Barcelona’s goal.
Top performance from Bellingham, who scored one and assisted the other with a simply sensational pass to Kylian Mbappe. He is another that continues to get better.
Scored a wonderful volley that was ruled out by VAR, then netted the opener before missing a penalty – overall, not at his best, but he was still on the scoresheet.

Quiet afternoon for Vinicius, although he did brilliantly for Bellingham’s goal. His reaction at being substituted summed it up: frustrating.
Tried hard, albeit without much success.
Did well enough during his cameo.
Did not see very much of the ball during his 20 minutes on the pitch.
