An insight into the extent of the physical transformation enjoyed by Real Madrid star Arda Güler since joining the club has this week been provided.

This of course comes fresh off another starring performance on the part of the Turkish international.

Real Madrid were back in action on the La Liga front on Tuesday evening, making the trip to Alicante for a meeting with Elche. Arda featured from the off in the fixture, and shone once more, netting a sumptuous free-kick en route to an eventual 3-2 Blancos triumph.

This continued what has been nothing short of a stellar opening to the new campaign on the part of the young midfielder, who has taken his game to a completely new level over recent weeks.

And as alluded to above, on Wednesday, an insight into one key factor behind this step up on Arda’s part has been revealed. The info comes courtesy of journalist Marcos Benito, who confirmed during an appearance on El Chiringuito TV:
