An insight into the spell on the sidelines being faced by Real Madrid youngster Jacobo Ramón has this evening been provided.
The name of stopper Jacobo has of course taken its place front and centre in the media chatter in Spain’s capital across the day to date.
This comes after word was forthcoming that the 19-year-old, a regular in Carlo Ancelotti’s first-team setup, had added ever further to Real Madrid’s woes at the back.
With the likes of David Alaba, Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão and Joan Martínez already sidelined, Jacobo, too, was confirmed to have picked up a fitness problem.
As much came in the form of a muscular injury, suffered during training on Wednesday.
Fortunately for Los Blancos, though, their talented young defender is not expected to spend any kind of significant incoming spell out of action.
As per a report from Javier Rodríguez Pascual of Relevo:
‘Jacobo Ramón, injured in the soleus (calf) muscle. About ten days out.’
