Since taking charge of the Real Madrid bench a few weeks ago, Alvaro Arbeloa has quickly established his spine. Thibaut Courtois, Federico Valverde, Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior, and Kylian Mbappé have become the coach’s key men. They are the only ones to have played every possible minute since he took over, except for his very first match.

Asked about this clear decision, Alvaro Arbeloa left no room for doubt. "I always want to have the best players on the pitch. These are players who can change a match at any moment. In my eyes, these five are among the ten best in the world. It’s not a matter of trust, even though I have it—it’s their performance that puts them on the field," he explained.
