A Real Sociedad supporter told a judge he threw two or three stones at Ertzaintza officers, calling it a heat of the moment act.
According to Diario Vasco, the prosecution has reduced its sentence requests for the two defendants after taking mitigating circumstances into account.

The pair are accused of alleged public disorder and attacks on agents of the authority arising from pre-match disturbances.
The case stems from incidents before a 2022 meeting between Real Sociedad and Alavés.
Both defendants are described as supporters.
