Oskarsson came off the bench to score twice and spearhead a comeback, but Real Sociedad toiled through a ragged display against Oviedo.

According to AS, Remiro was solid before the break, then erred in key second half moments, while Aramburu and Jon Martín struggled. Oyarzabal fumed when Bailly avoided a red after hauling him down as last defender.

Brais Méndez disappointed on his return, denied on 18 minutes by Escandell from a Guedes pass, then missing a sitter on 43. Guedes lacked spark and hit the post with the last action.

Gorrotxategi was among the few bright spots in a dire first half, dropping into defence to build and winning duels, before going off on 75. Turrientes was busy but ineffective and was withdrawn at half-time. Marín laboured under Oviedo's press and departed on 52.

Odriozola lasted one minute before injury and Aritz impressed after replacing him at right-back. Yangel added presence in midfield and Oviedo appealed for a red after a heavy challenge. Sergio Gómez erred before the break, improved after, set up Oskarsson and was booked.

Caleta-Car also found the net, while Oskarsson, in form and confident, delivered a brace that fuelled the turnaround. Zakharyan showed intent but missed a clear stoppage-time chance.
