Rennes: Habib Beye shown the door (official)

Senegalese manager Habib Beye has been officially dismissed by Stade Rennais this Monday.

Habib Beye is no longer the head coach of Stade Rennais. The Breton club's management informed him of this decision on Monday, which was later confirmed in an official statement. "Stade Rennais F.C. has initiated proceedings regarding its head coach, Mr. Habib Beye, and his assistants, Messrs. Olivier Saragaglia, Sébastien Bichard, and Yann Cavezza. Pending the forthcoming decision, first-team training sessions will be overseen by Sébastien Tambouret, Pierre-Alexandre Lelièvre, and Maxime Le Marchand until further notice," the statement reads.

After suffering four consecutive defeats across all competitions, Habib Beye was unable to spark a turnaround for his team last Saturday at RC Lens (1-3) in Ligue 1.
