Having been very quiet in January, the Blues are expected to be active in the summer window, with a number of positions needing to be addressed.

Chelsea are said to still be in the market for a centre back, whilst they are thought to want to add another midfielder and attacker.

Chelsea interested in Roggerio Nyakossi

Centre back is likely the top priority given the issues the Blues have had throughout this season, and they’ve really paid the price for not replacing Levi Colwill.

Colwill suffered an ACL injury before the start of the season, but Chelsea opted to stick with their current options which hasn’t worked out.

The Blues failed in their January pursuit of Jeremy Jacquet with the Frenchman opting to make the switch to Liverpool.

However, Chelsea have been linked with AC Milan’s Strahinja Pavlovic, and it appears another name is on their radar.

The Sun have reported Chelsea, along with Liverpool are paying close attention to OH Leuven centre back Nyakossi, who could cost as little as £8m.

The report adds the 22-year-old will have one year left on his deal in the summer, and had attracted interest from England, Italy and Germany in January.
