According to Defence Central, Real Madrid are seriously pursuing highly-rated Mexican midfielder Gilberto Mora, reportedly willing to spend up to €30-35 million to secure his signature.
The 17-year-old prodigy has attracted attention from top European clubs thanks to his immense potential, and Los Blancos are keeping a close eye on his development.
Mora is widely regarded as a midfielder of the future, with glowing reports highlighting his technical ability, vision, and versatility.
Real Madrid’s interest is fueled not only by his talent but also by the fact that the young star is a fan of the club.
Despite all this, his agent, Rafaela Pimenta, has made it clear that Mora will not come cheaply.
While some might expect a €50 million price tag, the Bernabeu hierarchy have reportedly set a maximum offer of €30-35 million, including potential bonuses, and will not exceed this amount.

One of the main hurdles in the potential transfer is the commission expected by Rafaela Pimenta, which tends to be substantial.
Any club pursuing Mora must be ready to make a serious financial commitment, not just for the transfer itself but also for agent fees.
Additionally, Real Madrid are carefully weighing their options in midfield. The club is considering the potential return of Nico Paz in 2026, while Arda Guler can occupy a role as an attacking midfielder.
These factors could influence whether the team pushes forward with Mora’s signing immediately or waits for the most strategic moment.
Despite these challenges, it is clear that Real Madrid remain committed to acquiring the talented youngster, seeing him as an investment in the club’s long-term midfield future.
With his talent and age, Mora could soon become one of the brightest prospects in European football, and the Bernabeu hierarchy is ready to act within their set budget to secure him.
