Despite retaining his regular first-team status under Gian Piero Gasperini this season, Celik is on the verge of leaving the Stadio Olimpico.

Indeed, the Turkish wingback has made 29 appearances in Serie A, scoring one goal and providing two assists.

However, his contract expires in June, and Roma have already decided to let him leave the club on a free transfer.

Meanwhile, Inter are keen to sign the former Lille star on a Bosman deal.

Roma Earmark Replacement for Inter Milan Target Zeki Celik

With Celik setting one foot outside the Olimpico, Roma are plotting a summer move for Shakhtar Donetsk stalwart Juchym Konoplya.

Konoplya’s contract runs out in September, meaning the Giallorossi can lure him to Serie A without making a substantial financial sacrifice.

On the other hand, Zeki Celik could continue his career at San Siro, with Inter viewing him as a potential replacement for Matteo Darmian.

In addition to the Nerazzurri, Juventus have also set their sights on the outgoing Roma defender.
