Bologna have reportedly earmarked Inter Milan teenagers Ebenizer Akinsanmiro and the Esposito brothers as concrete transfer targets.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Rossoblu could try to mirror the Giovanni Fabbian deal to lure them to Renato Dall’Ara.
Inter and Bologna are no strangers to doing business.
Indeed, Marko Arnautovic swapped allegiances in the summer of 2023, with Fabbian going in the opposite direction.
With the latter excelling in Emilia-Romagna, Vincenzo Italiano’s men hope to meet Inter at the negotiating table soon.
Akinsanmiro left Giuseppe Meazza to join second-tier Sampdoria on loan last summer.
However, he’ll unlikely stay in Genoa beyond the summer, with La Samp languishing well below promotion territory.
Therefore, Bologna could swoop in and steal the 20-year-old midfielder.
In addition to Akinsanmiro, Italiano’s team is keen on Francesco Pio Esposito and his brother, Sebastiano.
The former has been making waves in Serie B with Spezia this season.
Meanwhile, Sebastiano is doing well at Empoli. He has tallied six goals and added one assist in 14 top-flight appearances thus far.
But both players are out on loan and should return to base in the summer.
