Leeds United are pleased to announce Rhys Chadwick has put pen to paper on a new contract with the club, keeping the attacking midfielder with the Whites until the end of the 2026/27 campaign.

In three seasons with the Under-21s, Chadwick has 29 goal contributions in 51 games. He has featured 14 times so far this time around for the Scott Gardner’s side, appearing in the Premier League 2, Vertu Trophy, National League Cup and Premier League International Cup.

Last term, Chadwick impressed against experienced opposition, with his four goals in the National League Cup proving crucial as the Whites went onto lift the trophy.

Having risen through the youth system, the 18-year-old has also been in and around the senior squad, travelling with the team to their pre-season camp in Germany and often involved in first team training.

Everyone at Leeds United would like to congratulate Rhys on signing a new deal and we look forward to seeing his development over the coming seasons.
