Gameweek 20’s deadline is Saturday 11:00 GMT, with injuries piling up for FPL managers. Here is the latest on key names.
According to The Athletic, Crystal Palace defender Chris Richards could miss another three matches with a foot injury.
Arsenal’s Declan Rice missed the 4-1 win over Aston Villa and is a doubt with knee swelling. His involvement hinges on Friday training, and the update did not sound encouraging. Riccardo Calafiori is out against Bournemouth, while Gabriel Magalhães looks likely to be available after midweek cramp.
Chelsea left-back Marc Cucurella, hamstring issue, missed the midweek draw with Bournemouth. He trained on Friday, and stand-in coach Calum McFarlane remains undecided, though a role looks possible.
Andoni Iraola said Antoine Semenyo will be involved at Arsenal. Doubts lingered amid talk he could leave, possibly to Manchester City, but this is not expected to be his last Bournemouth game.
At Newcastle, Eddie Howe said Tino Livramento and Kieran Trippier are close to returning, Sven Botman and Anthony Elanga are very close, and Lewis Hall should be fine.
Fabian Hürzeler said Yankuba Minteh is fine to face Burnley, while Mats Wieffer is out with a small toe injury. David Moyes said Michael Keane has a chance this weekend and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall remains a little way off. Scott Parker said Burnley’s Maxime Estève is back in training but will not feature after coming off 15 minutes into the Newcastle game.
