Ritsu Doan 'to join' Al-Ittihad in €17 million move

Ritsu Doan looks set to join Saudi club Al-Ittihad, with Eintracht Frankfurt understood to have agreed a sale, Kicker reports.

The fee is understood to be a guaranteed €17 million, €4 million less than the €21 million Eintracht paid to sign him.

Final formalities are still to be settled before the transfer is completed.

Doan joined Eintracht from SC Freiburg and could depart after just one season.

He recorded seven goals and six assists in 40 appearances in his first campaign for the club.
