Riyadh Season to sponsor 2027 Spanish Super Cup in Istanbul | OneFootball

The General Entertainment Authority president Turki Alalshikh announced that 'Riyadh Season' will sponsor the Spanish Super Cup in February 2027. The tournament will be held in Istanbul, Türkiye.

The event is being staged under an agreement between the Royal Spanish Football Federation and Saudi company Sela, in collaboration with the Turkish Football Federation.

Matches will be played at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium, which hosted the UEFA Champions League finals in 2005 and 2023.

Sela will oversee the Supercopa in Istanbul and manage commercial rights and operations with the Spanish and Turkish federations, to deliver a world-class experience for clubs, players, broadcasters, partners and fans.

The sponsorship strengthens the role of 'Riyadh Season' in major sporting events and expands its international presence through high-profile partnerships.

Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad and Atlético de Madrid will take part. Fixtures, ticketing details and fan programmes will be announced in due course.
