Roads change: West Ham want to sign Soungoutou Magassa!
Recent press reports have revealed that West Ham United are interested in signing Monaco Academy graduate Soungoutou Magassa, who has been performing well for the French club recently in the defensive midfield position.
According to reliable sources, AS Monaco's 21-year-old defensive midfielder Soungoutou Magassa is finalizing a transfer to Premier League side West Ham United.
The two clubs are understood to have reached a verbal agreement late last week, and after resolving the final details, the player is now expected to sign a long-term contract that will keep him at the London Stadium until 2030. The deal is valued at approximately €20 million.
A product of AS Monaco's youth system, Soungoutou Magassa is now set to embark on his first significant career move. The 21-year-old made 31 appearances for the principality club last season, contributing one goal and one assist. His current market valuation stands at €12 million according to Transfermarkt.
