Rob Edwards says the January window could be difficult, yet insists Wolves will have to do business regardless of their league position.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, Wolves are cut adrift with two points from 15 matches, and have four Premier League games before the New Year.

Significant spending is likely to hinge on picking up points before the end of the year and narrowing the gap, while some stars could be sold if adequate offers are made.

"It could be difficult, but we'll still need to do stuff," the head coach said.

"We'll see what situation we're in."

"We've got some really difficult games coming up as well. My focus just has to be back onto that."
