Robinho has addressed speculation linking him with Flamengo after their 3-1 win over Santos at the Maracanã in the 10th round of the Brasileirão, saying he is unaware of any approach and remained on the bench throughout.
According to ESPN, the 18-year-old forward was offered to Flamengo in March and the club were sounded out over a move, but the Rubro-Negro showed no interest, while European sides, including Internazionale of Milan (ITA), are tracking him.
Post-match, Robinho said transfer matters are handled by his representatives and that, so far, nothing has reached him.
Robinho has 22 senior appearances, with one assist and no goals. His minutes have been limited this season, with two league cameos totalling 13 minutes.
Flamengo already have several wide options, among them Bruno Henrique, Everton Cebolinha, Gonzalo Plata and Luiz Araújo. Jorge Carrascal and Lucas Paquetá can also operate in those areas.
With competition high, supporters will hope some of those attackers shine on Wednesday against Cusco (PER) in the Copa Libertadores opener, kicking off at 21:30 Brasília time at more than 3,400 metres.
