Rodrigo Garro completed his first full match since November 2025, playing all 90 minutes in Corinthians' 1-0 win over São Bernardo. According to Meu Timao, the Argentine midfielder had not finished a game in over three months.
Garro was heavily involved, recording 81 actions on the ball. He created one big chance, supplied two key passes and took four shots, three on target and one against the post. He also made six recoveries and won 50% of his ground duels.
The previous occasion he stayed on for the full 90 was on the ninth of November against Ceará in the Brasileiro. Since then he featured in 13 matches, either being substituted or coming on from the bench.
Garro dealt with fitness issues last year. He missed much of pre-season after surgery on the scaphoid bone in his left wrist, an injury sustained in the Copa do Brasil final against Vasco da Gama on 21 December.
Corinthians are next in action on Thursday the 19th against Athletico-PR at Arena da Baixada, a rescheduled round-two fixture in the Brasileiro. On the 22nd, a base date, they will face Portuguesa in a single tie at Canindé in the Paulistão quarter-finals.
