Roma find themselves close to the finish line within their pursuit of the Portuguese winger as the Giallorossi are at the final stages of negotiations with Porto for the purchase of Rodrigo Mora.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the despite bureaucratic delays, the Capital Club is confident that the signing of the 19 year-old will be completed imminently.

Roma have reached an agreement with the Portuguese outfits on €25m transfer fee that would include a 50% sell on clause for any future sales. In 2027, coach Gasperini’s side would have to pay another instalment of €25m in the event that the Portuguese starlet remains in Italy and is not sold elsewhere, which would remove the sell-on clause.

With the Giallorossi having already attained a personal agreement with Mora and his entourage regarding 5-year contract at the Stadio Olimpico, there are no doubts within the Roman camp that the transfer will be sealed very shortly.
