After Gian Piero Gasperini decided to block Tommaso Baldanzi’s departure due to a lack of alternatives, the situation has recently changed.
As reported by Gianlucadimarzio.com, the key to the deal is Lorenzo Venturino, born in 2006 and playing for Genoa.
The deal is nearing completion, but the terms are still being finalized.
This morning, Giuseppe Riso, the agent of both players, traveled to Trigoria to finalize the double deal.
Baldanzi has also already said goodbye to his teammates.
Venturino made his mark last season with Genoa, scoring a brace against Bologna on the penultimate matchday of last season.
This season, however, partly due to the change of coach, he has recorded just one assist. In total, he has played 5 starts in 111 minutes.
