Matias Soulé could leave Roma and be sacrificed on the altar of capital gains.
The Argentine winger has many admirers around the world, but in recent hours, Al-Ahli have become the club that is acting most seriously.
Selling the 2003-born player to the Arabs would allow the Giallorossi to get closer to the financial target set with UEFA by June 30th.
The objective these days is one: to sell, under the right conditions, the players who are not essential to Gasperini.
As reported by Repubblica, the negotiations are at an advanced stage: Roma are asking for €30 million plus bonuses to guarantee at least €12 million in capital gains, while the Arabs have offered €10 million for the player.
The Argentine winger and his entourage are evaluating the offer.
Gasperini is also waiting for news because the sale of the former Frosinone player would facilitate the arrival of Greenwood, the Grugliasco-born coach’s transfer dream.
Soulè’s strong first half of the season wasn’t enough to be considered unsellable, which is why D’Amico has been tasked with finding a club that can meet Roma’s financial demands.
