The 2025-2026 season has now begun two months ago, and Roma has yet to find a main sponsor to feature on their jerseys.
With the centenary year just around the corner, the Friedkins are asking for a whopping €20 million, and so far, no one seems willing to shell out such a large sum.
According to La Repubblica, the two most concrete options to date are Turkish Airlines and Rihadh Season. An attempt was made with the former, but it was unsuccessful.
The latter, a former sponsor of the Giallorossi club, could return, but only at a reasonable cost.
Thus, the owners are reportedly considering adding a brand belonging to the Friedkin group, such as the production company 101 Studios or the technology company Rubicon Technologies.
This would be an internal solution, but not a permanent one. Now it’s up to Michael Gandler, the club’s Chief Revenue Officer, to provide concrete answers in the short term.
