Roma returns to having a sleeve sponsor. Years after the traumatic Iqoniq affair, the Giallorossi club has officially announced a new commercial agreement.

Starting with the match against Como, the Wizz Air logo will appear on the jerseys.

The agreement, as reported in today’s edition of Il Tempo, will last until June 2027, with the option to extend the deal for another season. Financially, the deal should generate revenue for Roma in excess of €3 million per year.

The new partnership was presented by Michael Gandler, the club’s Chief Business Officer, who arrived at Trigoria after the summer. “We are very proud to welcome Wizz Air as our official brand in Rome. We share many core values,” stated the Giallorossi director.

For Gandler, however, the commercial work is not yet complete. The stated goal remains to find a sponsor for the front of the jersey as well, a strategic space that Roma aims to leverage in the coming months.
