With Kostas Tsimikas likely to remain, Frederic Massara will focus his attention on the attacking winger in the final days of the transfer window.

Negotiations for the former Atlético Madrid player, currently at Al Shabab, are complex.

The Belgian has reportedly expressed his willingness to reduce his salary in order to move to the capital, where he would be reunited with Mario Hermoso, but the main obstacles lie with the club that owns his rights.

According to Corriere della Sera, the critical issues surrounding the operation are solely related to the Saudi club’s position, which has not yet expressed any openness to an easy transfer.

For this reason, there is little optimism about the deal’s success.

Roma is awaiting any developments, also considering the player’s willingness to intervene personally to unblock the situation, but in the meantime, they are evaluating alternative solutions.

Among the names that have emerged in the last few hours is Kamaldeen Sulemana, who is leaving Atalanta.
