Ronaldinho, 46, is making an unexpected comeback with ambitious Serie C club Ravenna, targeting a 300th career goal, 11 years after his last official match.

Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the 2005 Ballon d’Or was unveiled on a beach in Ravenna, saying he is happy to be among friends, the team can do something good, and any playing time will be decided by the coach.

He arrived on the Adriatic coast by private jet around midday and said he feels in good shape as he links up with the third-tier side.
